Raspberry-Banana Smoothie

We haven't posted a smoothie recipe in a while! Smoothies are a great way to consume vitamins and minerals effortlessly, and they also help keep you energized throughout your day.  With five ingredients, this one is a cinch to make. Perfect for a snowy day like today. :)






Raspberry-Banana Smoothie
Makes 1-2 servings.


2 cups vanilla soy milk
1 medium banana, cut in half
1/4-1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1 container soy strawberry yogurt
1 kiwi fruit, chopped


Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth & creamy.
