Take A Break for Finals: Massage Times

TWO. We have TWO more weeks of school! Remember how important it is to keep your mind and body relaxed to be well-prepared for the strenuous time ahead. If you are unable to make it to meditation or yoga, then at least give yourself ten minutes of rest with a relaxing massage with Kyle!

Below are the available appointment times. Kindly reserve your appointment by emailing livewell@berklee.edu and requesting two 10-minute time slots that would work best for you.
 
How do you release stress during finals? If there's anything you'd like to see LiveWell offer to help you be better focused and prepared for finals, please don't hesitate to let us know! We would love to hear your suggestions.

Take a deep breath, keep your eyes on the prize, and give it all you got these next two weeks -- it'll be summertime before you know it!
